About ADELACU

ADELACU is a technology company founded in 2003 in Chile, whose major activity is to provide services to improve relationships between companies with customers in telephone communications. Most of the technology used is developed inhouse and also with the colaboration of partners, and integrated with other technical suppliers. The key is the technology knowledge that gives the flexibility to satisfy customers needs.

ADELACU has customers in Chile and abroad. The systems are supported remotely from Santiago and accomplished with local partners in Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico and Perú.

The main services that ADELACU provides are:

CONFIRMA is an automatic telephone calling system that, through text-to-speech technology, can say anything you need. It has various uses, such as confirming events (medical appointments, invitations, bill collections, notifications, alerts, etc.) and expecting a voice response, such as "I will attend" or "I can't go." The entire operation is automated, including the call request and recording of the response.

ENQUESTA is an automated post-service survey platform that enables businesses to gather insights into their customers' service experiences. Through a simple survey, customers can indicate their service experience, both in quantitative and qualitative terms. In addition to answering up to 5 questions, customers can leave a comment on any topic that concerns them. This simple operation serves as a powerful contact tool (direct marketing) through which customers can express their concerns and needs quickly and effectively.

LUZ is a voice BOT used to automatically respond to frequently asked questions in a contact center. It is an automated telephone customer service platform used to respond to frequently asked questions in a call center. When a call is received, the customer leaves a voice message, and LUZ identifies the question asked and calls them back with the appropriate response.

MEDVOX is an automatic monitoring system that operates through a conventional telephone call, making it compatible with any type of phone, whether it's a home phone, business phone, or mobile phone. There is no need to install or configure anything beforehand. For each application in which it is used, there is a specific questionnaire, and the responses are stored in a database. Based on these responses, corresponding actions are generated. If it is a medical monitoring system, a response may trigger an automatic alert for specialized healthcare personnel to attend to the case.

Wait4U is a "call back" system that allows a customer to be called back when they have been waiting for assistance for an extended period. Before a customer decides to abandon the wait, they are given the option to have their call returned in the next few minutes. The customer leaves a voicemail message with the reason fortheir call and hangs up. When the next available agent becomes free, they receive the customer's information and directly contact them. This system operates without the need to modify the internal operation of the call center.

TELEVOX is a call recording platform. With TeleVox, you can record the audio of a phone call and capture its associated data, which is stored in a database. It provides a web interface that allows users to retrieve and perform advanced searches on the recorded calls.

OPERADORA is used to automate the reception desk of a company or institution. When it detects a name, it initiates a call to the intended recipient. If the recipient answers, the call is transferred (assisted transfer mode). If there is no response, it provides the option to speak with another person or leave a message, which is then sent to the recipient via email.
